We continue to update you with the project news!

Thanks to our partners from the Uniwersytet w Białymstoku and the international DGTRAN project, you can now explore the castles of Drohiczyn, Mielnik, and Bielsk Podlaski in 3D! Their digital reconstructions bring back to life the architectural legacy of Vytautas the Great, blending historical research, archaeology, and cutting-edge technology.

We especially recommend reading the article “Digital reconstruction of the castles of the Grand Duke Vytautas in Drohiczyn, Mielnik and Bielsk Podlaski” by Krzysztof Buchowski, Beata Goworko-Składanek, and Oksana Voytyuk. Discover the detailed process behind recreating these medieval castles in digital form.
